Quick facts
Affiliation: The Cacklers (ally), Capsule Corp · Status: Alive (as of C2 Session 83)
Reese is an old contact of Juliette’s from her thieving days who became a steady ally of The Cacklers and is still fighting beside them in Campaign 2.
History
Campaign 1
When the Cacklers were stranded in West City, Juliette sent a message to Reese and learned he was still in town, working at Capsule Corp. Through him the party met Bulma Briefs. In the final fight with The Collector, Reese’s dagger attacks dropped the Gem Amethyst. On Scotch on the Rocks he went upstairs invisible with Juliette to search for Ibeesee’s room, and he later held the line with the distraction team outside the Silent Vaults until he was knocked unconscious. He stabilized at the last moment.
Among Oolong’s parting gifts, Juliette received two rings, one of them with the name “Reese” crossed out.
Campaign 1.5
Twenty years after Campaign 1, Ruby knew him as “Uncle Reese,” a tall man with black hair who showed up at Juliette’s now and then just to say hello. He never wanted to stay for dinner (C1.5 Chapter 01).
Campaign 2
Reese is with the veteran Cacklers in North City. When Sophie sensed an intruder in her quarters at CAGS, she teleported back with Reese and Belle Pepper and found The Whisper at the Cacklers’ collection (Session 65). The Whisper tried to devour Reese’s brain and nearly killed him; only Sophie’s protective ward saved him (Session 66). After Greene brought Will Jr. back to life, Reese and Wilbur calmed the panicking young man (Session 67).
