Quick facts

Type: Plane · People: the Uknekian kenku · Access: a portrait in the Collector’s Mansion; a painting

The FeyWild is a vast, vibrant, otherworldly plane. Time there runs differently on every visit.

In Campaign 1

Kirby the Dreamwarrior, the pink dream eater the Cacklers fought in the first round of the tournament, came from the FeyWild (C1 Chapter 06). Terra Misu Umber was sent there on one of The Collector’s assignments and was stuck in the “fucking FeyWild” when her friends needed her (C1 Chapter 08).

After the battle with King Piccolo, Terra took Sophie there through a portrait in the Collector’s mansion. Their absence felt brief back home, but much more time had passed inside. There Terra gave Sophie the Ring of Shooting Stars and promised never to leave her again. She also learned that the captive kenku had been given slave names: “Kenku” is “Uknek” backwards (C1 Chapter 11).

When Terra vanished at Grimscale Tower, a divination ritual placed her somewhere in the FeyWild. The Cacklers stepped through a painting to find her. Sophie wept at the ancient tree where she and Terra used to sit. Oolong’s sister Tala had lived through far more time than they had. The Uknekian people were on the run from crystal-like beings, and crystals were jutting from the ground and growing from tree limbs like fruit. At the Uknekian temple, now covered in glittering crystal, a crystal behemoth declared it had taken its “rightful place over this kingdom.” Terra was inside it, and broke out with her axe when she heard Sophie’s voice (C1 Chapter 14).

Terra Misu Umber, the Gem Amethyst, Masha and Vath chased Max the Andalite through a portal from Beerlia into the FeyWild while Terra was working for the Collector. The Collector later collected Masha and Vath from here for his last fight (C1 Chapter 08).

In Campaign 2

In Coghaven, a crate bound for the Mistress held shimmering green and purple crystals similar to those from the FeyWild, but volatile (Session 79).
