Quick facts
Type: State · Notable residents: Dr. Briefs · Institutions: What Has Science Done Institute
Parmesan Diego is the state where Dr. Briefs keeps his lab. The Rose Ribbon Army tried to bring it into The Calyx.
History
Bulma Briefs teleported the Cacklers to her father’s lab here to escape King Piccolo in West City. Dr. Briefs was a member of the “What Has Science Done?” Institute, as was Dr. Gero, who had just met with the institute to push Parmesan Diego to join the Calyx.
The party went with Bulma and Dr. Briefs to a State Hall on the coast, where the army was trying to win public opinion. Sophie and Greene spoke out against it. On the drive back into town in one of Bulma’s vehicles, two androids ambushed them, and the party escaped by capsule to North City (C1 Chapter 07).
The Collector later complained that Emerald and Obsidian had been “gallivanting in Parmesan Diego” (C1 Chapter 08). The infernal tiger the Cacklers killed on their ship had a chaotic energy that reminded Juliette of the demon energy they had felt here (C1 Chapter 12). Greene trusted Dr. Briefs to build a bomb for the final fight in part because he had helped stall the army’s march on Parmesan Diego (C1 Chapter 13).
