Quick facts
Race: Moonstone dragon · Rider: High Sorcerer Cobalt · Affiliation: Rose Ribbon Army · Status: Dead (killed by Greene)
Chandra the Chaotic was a large moonstone dragon ridden by High Sorcerer Cobalt. It fought the Cacklers at Grimscale Tower in Rice Town while under the Rose Ribbon Army’s control.
History
Under Grimscale Tower, the Cacklers came face to face with Chandra and an archmage who demanded their Star Orbs for the Rose Ribbon Army and Commander Red. The archmage warned, “Just know that Chandra the Chaotic is not to be trifled with,” and the dragon let loose its dream breath, a wave of moon-colored energy that knocked out everyone except Terra Misu Umber. Its rider, Cobalt, then banished Terra and looted the party.
When Greene later tried to dispel the area, he pulled the dragon back out of the ether. Chandra pinned Greene, revivified the archmage, banished Juliette into the dream plane, and hit the party with its moonlight breath. Juliette noticed it had the same emotionless, charmed look as the dragon that had attacked them on the way to Rice Town. Elyon spotted glowing spots on the machine behind it and struck the machine with lightning. The machine turned out to be used for controlling dragons, powered by a large rose-colored crystal. Chandra turned invisible and kept fighting until Greene stabbed it through the eye and it fell.
