Quick facts
Role: Grand Admiral · Affiliation: Rose Ribbon Army · Status: Dead (killed in the Buttermilk tunnels)
Grand Admiral Blue was a Rose Ribbon Army commander who led the Army’s push for the Star Orb beneath Buttermilk.
History
In the cavern below Buttermilk Under the Sea, Terra Misu Umber, Oolong and Juliette watched a small force of Rose Ribbon soldiers row away from a sunken battleship toward a landing. Water genasi burst from the depths to attack the crew left aboard, and Blue rushed for the Star Orb in the confusion. He reached it first and paused just a second to admire it, which was long enough for Oolong, in eagle form, to dive in and steal it. Blue brought Oolong down with a knife of ice, but Oolong put the orb in his mouth, dropped off the platform and swam off as a shark. The genasi force then surrounded Blue and beat him badly before he teleported away.
He came back while the exhausted trio tried to rest in the tunnels. He knocked out Juliette and Terra and nearly killed Oolong before they finally brought him down. On his body Oolong found an empty healing bottle, whose last drops helped save Terra, and the party took his sending stone.
Through that stone, the party was later hailed by his replacement, Grand Admiral Aqua.
