What is known
At CAGS, Sophie and Belle Pepper cornered the Whisper as he tried to break into the Cacklers’ private collection. After Belle Pepper’s counterspell kept him from fleeing across the planes, the two of them brought him down with lightning and magic. The Mind Flayer died on the floor apologizing to a figure named “Quixiokotle.”
Who or what Quixiokotle is remains unknown.
