History
While exploring North City, Nelda read a Marrow Vane editorial in the North City Herald that criticized the legendary Cacklers. It singled out Terra Misu for her history of battlefield violence and suggested the heroes were using children as shields.
A few days later, after the Ozaroo rampage tore through the warehouse district, a Marrow Vane radio broadcast aired across North City. It delivered a scathing critique of the Cacklers for the destruction and questioned their accountability to the citizens.
