Quick facts
Race: Half-orc · Role: Leader of the Warhorde Clan · Family: Father of Wilbur Crushmore; brother of Eldon Reed (Eldon Crushmore) · Status: Alive (as of C2 Session 83)
Grommash Crushmore leads the Warhorde Clan and raised Wilbur as his son.
History
When Wilbur arrived to warn him that the Bloodhowler was coming, Grommash refused to move the camp and chose to stand and fight (Session 18). He then told the party about his brother, Eldon Crushmore: a cruel, violent man obsessed with the legend of the Bloodhowler, who heard “whispers” giving him orders. Grommash had long suspected Eldon of killing their father during a hunt. He could never prove it, but he banished Eldon from the clan for it. He realized that the man calling himself Eldon Reed was his brother (Session 19).
After Wilbur killed Eldon, Grommash told his son he was proud, renounced the old nickname “Wimpy Wilbur” and renamed him “Regular Wilbur.” He offered to step down and make Wilbur leader of the clan. Wilbur declined (Session 20).
