Recoome is a warrior of the Ginyu Force, the reigning champion of the Greatest Below the Heavens tournament before the Cacklers came along.
History
In the one-on-one round of the tournament in North City, Oolong beat Recoome, the previous champion, in the quarterfinals.
They met again during the assault on Muscle Tower. Recoome, who claimed his name “rhymes with doom,” was defeated again. Going down, he called the victor a “dirty rat bird” and threatened to melt their head on his wall. The Cacklers’ verdict: “No one dies like Recoome.”
