Quick facts
Type: Kingdom · Location: a northwest island · Connection: destination of one of Coghaven’s teleportation circles
The Kingdom of Penne is a kingdom on a northwest island of Arlia. The FAM have not visited it. It came up when they found the hidden shipping bay in Coghaven’s Packaging, Shipping & Logistics district, where one of three teleportation circles shipped goods directly to a warehouse in Penne. The receiving party there is believed to be a secret royal or noble buyer.
The other two circles led to West City and to Udon Heights, which is the one the party used.
